Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Tele callers and Counselling Executives to join our admissions team at VTIT Group of Institutions. The role involves interacting with prospective students and parents, guiding them through the admission process, and providing accurate information about our courses and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to inquiries and follow up on leads for admission.
• Provide detailed information about courses, eligibility, and admission procedures.
• Maintain and update student databases and follow-up sheets.
• Assist walk-in students/parents and provide personalized counselling.
• Coordinate with the academic and marketing team for smooth admission operations.
• Achieve weekly/monthly admission targets.
• Maintain professionalism and a student-friendly attitude during all interactions.
Desirable Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification: Graduation in any stream.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office and Internet usage.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
Personality: Confident, polite, and persuasive with good listening skills.
Preferred: Prior experience in tele calling or academic counselling is an added advantage.
