- 10th, 12th, and Graduation marksheets
- Valid ID proof (Aadhar Card, Passport, etc.)
- Valid Address proof (Aadhar Card, Electricity Bill, etc.)
- Passport-size photographs
- Category certificate (if applicable)

- All submitted documents are collected, stored, and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including IT Act 2000 and GDPR guidelines.
- Students acknowledge and consent to the use of their personal and academic information for verification and admission processing purposes.
- VTITGOI reserves the right to verify the authenticity of submitted documents. If any document is found to be forged or misrepresented, the admission may be canceled without any refund.

- Fees once paid are non-refundable, except under special circumstances as determined by VTITGOI.
- If an admission is canceled due to fraudulent documents or misrepresentation, no refund will be provided.
